Each seller on Parts Up operates independently and sets their own policies regarding:

  • Payment methods accepted
  • Shipping and delivery terms
  • Warranties or guarantees (if any)
  • Inspection periods

It is YOUR responsibility as a buyer to: Review and understand each seller's individual policies before making a purchase. Sellers have complete discretion to accept or reject return requests. Parts Up does not enforce seller policies.

5. General Return Guidance

If you wish to return an item, you must contact the seller directly. The general process typically involves:

  1. Contacting the seller within their specified return timeframe (varies by seller)
  2. Providing evidence of any defects or discrepancies (photos, documentation)
  3. Negotiating return authorization directly with the seller
  4. Arranging return shipping and tracking (costs depend on seller policy)
  5. Awaiting seller inspection and their decision on refunds

Note: The above is general guidance only. Actual return procedures are determined solely by each individual seller. Some sellers may not accept returns at all.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payment arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller. Parts Up does not process, handle, or have access to any payments.

If a refund is agreed upon, it must be processed directly by the seller using whatever payment method was originally used. Parts Up cannot issue refunds, process chargebacks, or assist with payment disputes.

For payment disputes, you must work directly with the seller and/or your payment provider.

For issues regarding consumer protection, you should:

  • Contact the seller directly to resolve the matter
  • Seek advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards if needed
  • Consider legal action against the seller if necessary

Parts Up is not the seller and has no liability under consumer protection laws.
